Your Role and Responsibilities
You are a key member of the product management team responsible for defining and improving the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sustainability goals for Sustainability Software products. Responsibilities will include:
- Research and become the domain expert on ESG reporting frameworks and evolving global regulations
- Manage all content from ESG reporting frameworks and regulations in (1) the Envizi - Sustainability Reporting Manager platform, and (2) across the broader software portfolio (e.g., Supply Chain), and use your experience in ESG reporting to formulate helpful guidance to include in platform content.
- Understand and monitor the technical domains related to delivering your products and solutions such as online reporting platforms, framework specific Excel templates, questionnaires, standards and guidelines.
- Understand client needs, and work with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions to meet the requirements of reporting frameworks
- Be the voice of the customer and empathize with client pain in all aspects of the product development life cycle and delivery process.
- Foster and drive a customer centric, agile development culture, document product requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Curate product back-log(s) and work across teams to set priorities for your products.
- Collaborate with functional groups across the company to deliver solutions including UX/Design, Tech Leads, Developers, QA teams, other Product Managers, service delivery teams, sales and marketing.
- Develop and maintain a suite of content for your product, e.g product updates, release knowledge base articles, videos, user guides, supporting the development of sales collateral and internal training materials.- Research and become the domain expert on ESG reporting frameworks
