Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist - Email Deployment (10 Months)
Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Omnichannel team is growing at the ALDO Group, and data & digital technology are woven into our fabric. Reporting into the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager, the E-Commerce Specialist - Email Deployment will be the owner of all email deployments and process optimization. This role is key within the segmentation strategy & optimization of results for email performance from delivery time to day of the week. The role will closely collaborate with the CRM team and Emails team on testing strategies & recommendations.
Success will be measured by improving overall performance of emails (OR, CTOR, Traffic & conversion). This role will work to build the customer's journey and segmentation strategies and provide deployment recommendations.
- Email Deployment
- Schedule emails within SFMC
- QA campaigns and ensure the integrity of all data (Proof emails)
- Collaborate on optimization of email calendar (time of day, day of the week)
- Email Segmentation
- Build segments required for specific initiatives
- Ensure constant update of segment base
- Testing & Reporting
- Deploy A/B Testing strategies
- Ensure weekly reporting & develop key insights
- Quarterly Post Mortem
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail, e-commerce or consumer goods
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience
- Experience with email platforms, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Detail-oriented & elevated organizational skills
- Experience with Google Analytics and other performance monitoring platforms
- Obsessed with traffic & conversion rate optimization
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
