Director & Head of Consumer, Industrial & Retail - Corporate Banking (Europe)
Location: Dublin

Scotiabank is seeking a high-impact, commercially driven Director & Head of Consumer, Industrial & Retail (CIR) to lead and grow its Corporate Banking franchise across Europe.

 

This is a rare opportunity to take full strategic ownership of a key regional platform, lead major global client relationships and shape the future of the bank’s Consumer, Industrial & Retail business across the region.

 

You will be responsible for:
•    Setting and executing the European CIR strategy
•    Leading a portfolio of large, multi-regional corporate clients
•    Driving revenue growth, asset growth and profitability
•    Building and inspiring a high-performing, client-centric team
•    Partnering with global product, risk and regional leadership teams
•    Representing the bank at senior client and regulatory level

 

This role offers genuine influence, visibility and scale - ideal for an established corporate banking leader ready to step into a platform role with real autonomy and impact.

 

We are looking for:
•    A proven leader in Corporate Banking
•    Strong experience across Consumer, Industrial or Retail sectors
•    A track record of building client franchises and leading complex transactions
•    The credibility and confidence to operate at board, C-suite and regulator level
•    A passion for building teams, developing talent and growing businesses
