ABOUT YOUR ROLE
The Director, GenAI and Digital Workplace will lead the strategic development and operational management of generative AI and digital workplace solutions initiatives. This role is responsible for driving innovation and efficiency through the use of advanced AI technologies, including prompt engineering and generative AI acceleration, to enhance employee experience and productivity.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy and roadmap that integrates Microsoft applications, Power Apps and generative AI technologies to streamline operations and support business objectives
Lead the prompt engineering efforts to design and refine AI prompts that effectively guide generative AI models in producing desired outcomes
Accelerate the adoption and upskilling of generative AI tools across the organization, ensuring alignment with business needs
Collaborate with Innovation, HR, and other departments to ensure the digital workplace solutions meet the evolving needs of the workforce and the organization
Manage a team of specialists in AI, machine learning, and digital workplace technologies to deliver innovative solutions and support
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI and digital workplace technologies to maintain a competitive edge and propose relevant initiatives
Oversee the budget, resources, and timelines for digital workplace and generative AI projects, ensuring they deliver value and meet stakeholder expectations
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of best practices in AI and digital workplace management
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent or related field
A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in leading digital transformation initiatives, particularly in integrating generative AI, machine learning, and prompt engineering
Proven experience in leading and managing AI projects
Excellent leadership, communication, influencing and collaboration skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and actionable strategies
Proficiency in English and French (or willingness to learn) (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
