The Opportunity
Are you passionate about shaping the future of apprenticeship programs and driving operational excellence? SAIT is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Director, Apprenticeship. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Academic, you will oversee and manage apprenticeship procedures and portfolio performance, ensuring alignment with SAIT’s strategic priorities and government requirements. This role involves influencing various parties to ensure consistent and effective business practices and continuous enhancement of apprenticeship program administration.
As the Director, Apprenticeship, you will be accountable for optimizing processes, evaluating and maintaining program performance, and building strong relationships across the apprenticeship ecosystem. You will work collaboratively across the organization to achieve operational excellence and ensure program quality and student success.
Job classification: Director
Salary range: $150,000 - 175,000
Paid Leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year
