Our team is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, deliver, and evolve the digital marketing strategy for Intact, belairdirect, National Bank Insurance, Brokerlink and Anthony Insurance. You will oversee our online strategy as well as supervising the execution all paid digital initiatives and will play a key role in enabling each brand to achieve profitable growth.
In this role, your prime responsibility is to be an engaging and positive people leader setting the example and encouraging continuous people development and growth. As a leader, you will go beyond expectations and personify Intact’s values. This role can either be based in Toronto or Montreal.

Develop a thorough knowledge of each brand and build tailored digital marketing strategies to exceed customer expectations and to drive profitable growth.
Plan, organise and manage the execution of our digital marketing programs and online activities across channels; budget, project roadmaps, customer segmentation, performance analysis and optimization strategies.
Constantly seek optimization opportunities through performance analysis and proactively evaluate, propose and implement new digital marketing initiatives for greater digital marketing efficiency.
Lead, guide, mentor and grow a team of digital marketing experts, ensure exceptional management of this team to maintain a pleasant working environment while working to achieve ambitious goals.
Identify needs for data and work with the Marketing analytics team to build compelling stories from our multiple data sets.
Own and lead external partners relationships; provide direction, guidance, translate business requirements into clear goals, ensure timelines are met and propose an approach to innovation.
Develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders ranging from various Executives, multidisciplinary teams, and our innovative Data, Product design and Engineering Labs and be the strategic digital marketing expert on a variety of projects and committees.
Establish and document clear processes to improve productivity and to help move projects forward, resolve issues and facilitate collaboration.
Promote team accomplishments and learnings, create a lifelong learning culture to develop digital knowledge across the organization.
Be a driver for change and an active promoter of innovation not afraid of challenging status quo.

Your Skills

Bachelor degree in e-commerce, marketing, administration or equivalent field;
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in management;
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the digital strategies, channels and ad tech platforms;
Experience in managing multiple, complex, large-scale digital campaigns, with budgets over $5M;
Exceptional people skills: effectively and positively manage teams, partners and projects. Influence and engage collaborators towards one goal.
Ability to leverage data to establish an online marketing vision and strategy and turn insights into opportunities;
Strong ability to communicate and influence both an audience of peers and of senior decision makers in corporate or start-ups settings;
Entrepreneurial spirit: efficient, accountable, creative problem solving, flexible and resilient.
Adhere and propagate our values of integrity, mutual respect, customer driven and excellence and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment;
Bilingualism (French and English) is ideal;
Knowledge of the insurance or financial industry is an asset.
