As a Dietary Aide you will participate in the day to day operation of the restaurant kitchen that serves our employees and hospital guests. You will ensure all quality standards are met and use your excellent customer service skills to foster a positive environment for your co-workers and our restaurant guests.  Your role is responsible for serving food, delivering food, and associated cleanup and dishwashing, while monitoring and meeting food quality and safety standards. 

The requirements and days of this position are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, 9am to 2pm

Permanent Part-Time

All employees are members of the Hospital Employee’s Union.

Requirements upon hire:

  • Valid Food Safe Level 1 certificate or willingness to attain in the first 90 days of employment.
  • COVID-19 Vaccination (2 doses)
  • Criminal record check clearance through Ministry of Justice
  • Have the ability to meet the organizational and physical requirements of the position.
  • Black slip-resistant (non-slip), closed-toe shoes
