Adecco is currently hiring full-time passionate Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who can connect with our client’s customers in both French and English, providing them with top-notch support no matter where they are. In this role you will be the voice of our company, interacting with customers via phone. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information in both languages. Pay Rate: $27.00/hour
Location: REMOTE
Shift: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Responsibilities:
Provide courteous, professional, and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer concerns, as
well as written customer inquiries.Identify and address all customer questions and concerns.
Thoroughly research and understand all facets of customers’ requests.
Ensure content of oral and written communication meets the needs of the target audience
Work closely with Project Support Team.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
High School Diploma / GED required
Associate Degree / College Degree preferred
1 year of customer service experience preferred
Bilingual French/English is a must.
Ability to work between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday.
1 year experience in a Customer Service role
Exceptional written communication skills
Demonstrate strong conversational skills
Ability to work independently yet is a team player
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work successfully in a call center environment (sitting, talking to customers in a repetitive, regimented environment for an 8-hour shift)
