Your Opportunity

Stantec is looking to fill the Corporate Fleet Coordinator (CFC) position with an individual who has demonstrated abilities to improve processes and increase efficiencies. The CFC will report directly to the Corporate Fleet Manager and work with internal and external resources to ensure that the company maintains its fleet of over 1700 ATV’s, boats, trailers, and vehicles.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal Stantec clients and Stantec fleet management vendor to order vehicles, review maintenance and repairs, add/delete insurance coverage, renew licensing and registration, monitor fuel usage, and dispose of vehicles coming out of service.
  • Process invoices with our fleet management vendor and Stantec Fleet Contacts.
  • Reconcile fleet inventory with Stantec’s fixed assets.
  • Oversee vehicle mileage reporting in conjunction with finance and payroll.
  • Monitor, organize, and address Fleet Management emails with the Fleet Management team.

Education and Experience

  • Related post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Two years’ related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
