Unlock your potential working with a dynamic team:
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, Office, Quebec, you will be tasked with developing and coordinating marketing projects and initiatives for Ivanhoé Cambridge’s Quebec office campus as well as the Nouveau Centre project. You will liaise with tenants of Place Ville Marie (PVM) and the partners of Nouveau Centre and each of the properties under your remit. You will also contribute to planning and creating content for the properties’ communications platforms, oversee various administrative functions for the projects assigned to you and play an active role in managing the marketing budgets allocated to the Quebec office portfolio.
Responsibilities
Take part in general planning and scheduling of activities for the properties in the Quebec office campus and the Nouveau Centre project;
Develop and implement multi-platform communications plans to promote activations and projects and reach target audiences;
Work with colleagues to plan content for digital platforms (property-specific apps, newsletters, social media);
Take an active role in organizing special projects;
Coordinate, roll out and track promotions for Galerie PVM;
Assist advisors in planning the event calendar for Esplanade PVM;
Handle requests related to third-party video shoots and tenant events;
Help develop campaigns involving brand positioning, promotion and protection for all of the properties administered by the business unit, for Ivanhoé Cambridge as a whole and for the Nouveau Centre team (B2B/B2C);
Contribute to optimizing the customer experience within the properties in the Quebec portfolio;
Coordinate projects assigned to marketing and advertising agencies and other partners;
Analyze data and reports, prepare results tables and issue recommendations;
Update content in the CMSs of properties’ digital tools;
Process invoices and carry out other tasks to ensure properties stay within their allotted marketing budgets;
Perform other tasks involving marketing, communications and team efficiency, as requested by your superiors.
The toolbox we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related discipline;
Three to five years of relevant experience in marketing; experience in the shopping centre, real estate or retail sectors, an asset;
Strong written and spoken communication skills in French and English; ability to draft reports and other documents in English for non-French-speaking tenants and capacity to interact regularly with English-speaking partners and suppliers outside Quebec;
Understanding of and ability to adapt to the latest trends and evolving best practices in social media content creation;
Solid understanding of and interest in new technology and digital media;
Excellent organizational, planning and multitasking skills;
Proactive attitude and a creative approach to problem-solving;
Strong interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
