Adecco is in search of a Consumer Credit Associate to become a valuable part of our client's team based in Toronto, ON. This is a full-time, permanent position focused on the acquisition of sales finance contracts from franchise automobile dealerships. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications to assess their compliance with established underwriting standards, utilizing an automated credit system for the underwriting process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications to ensure they meet acceptable underwriting standards while maintaining a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
- Ability to balance the demands of Production, Sales Support, Risk, and Quality Assessments as established.
- Proactively establish and nurture relationships with automobile dealers to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Foster and maintain positive working relationships with peers and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Provide backup support for team members and assist the Special Credit team in addressing Funding issues.
- Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of Credit Analyst experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- In-depth comprehension of funding procedures, the credit review process, and credit scoring.
- High school diploma is a mandatory requirement, while a college degree is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive expertise in credit analysis principles and loan documentation.
- Exemplary oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Driven self-starter with outstanding time management acumen.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for team building, coaching, and delivering constructive feedback.
- Bilingual (French/English): Required.
