As the building provides 24/7 Concierge and Valet service to its residential tenants, this role will have various shifts that require support and coverage so flexibility is key - there will be just 3-4 shifts every couple weeks although at times there could be a little more with vacation leaves to be covered but you would know well in advance. Some of the responsibilities for the Concierge job opening in Toronto, ON may include, but are not limited to;
Face-to-face greeting and interaction with tenants; this includes socializing, assisting with needs/calls, etc.
Ensuring the front desk is tidy, engaging and presentable at all time
Providing polite, professional and accurate direction and information; questions, inquiries, concerns
Contact person for facilities related questions and vendors to the building
Provide valet service to tenants when required; parking garage in the building
Overnight shifts will provide car wash service in the on-site bay
General customer service, support and care
