Be a critical part our Customer Operations team, which delivers world-class service and maintains thriving relationships with Bell customers. You will gain valuable experience and insights that you’ll use to address inquiries and concerns, provide technical assistance, process orders and service requests, manage customer accounts and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Description
Consumer Service Technicians are employees whose primary responsibilities are the installation, maintenance and repair of services provided to residential and small business customers. May perform installation, maintenance, repair and coin collection of payphone services.
Education Requirements
A High School Graduation Certificate combined with one (1) year of completed post secondary education at a recognized learning institution in good academic standing.
OR
A High School Graduation Certificate combined with:
- One (1) year of continuous related field work experience as a technician in a communications technology firm/department
- Or one (1) year experience in a skilled trades position
Ability Requirements of the Position
Physical
- Climb poles on a daily basis (using ladders, spurs and other tools)
- Good color vision
- Lift heavy equipment
- Work effectively aloft
Skills/Knowledge
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Computer skills - Email: Outlook and MSN, Intranet/Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
- Customer service skills
- Dealing with ambiguity
- Problem solving skills
Other
- Successful completion of physical abilities test (as per job demands matrix) may be a requirement of the job
- Flying in helicopters and fixed wing aircraft to remote locations and oil rigs may be a requirement
- Travel using various modes of transportation in all kinds of weather
- Valid Driver's License

- A passion for customer service
- High manual dexterity, able to work with variety of hand tools
- Having a strong interest in technology
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Agility and ability to adapt in a changing environment
