Position Summary
As the Communications Specialist Student, you will work with Secusmart’s Product Management team with a number of responsibilities. Your main area of focus would be to assist with the development and maintenance of internally and externally-facing technical and marketing communications. You would also analyze current internal wiki content and act as an information architect to create order from chaos. This role requires the ability to work with stakeholders across the organization, flexibility, and adaptability when working independently.

What you will do
Support in the production of documentation and marketing collateral for end users or administrators of the SecuSUITE solution
Work closely with cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality documentation with minimal supervision
Participate in group initiatives to improve documentation products and processes
Provide input into product design and usability
Who we are looking for
Currently pursuing a post secondary education (Bachelor's or Master's) in Technical Writing, English/German, Communications or related field of study
Exceptional planning, research and writing skills
Demonstrated ability to work on projects with shifting deadlines
Results driven with solid analytical and problem solving abilities
Highly organized technical writing skills with strong attention to detail
Above and beyond
Experience with MS Suite of applications, Adobe Photoshop and Acrobat experience is desirable
