Job Description:

Length: 8 months (September 2023 to April 2024)

Hybrid/Remote: This opportunity is voluntarily in person, remote or hybrid.  If you decide remote or hybrid, you will be required to work within the province. Remote work outside of the province will not be a possibility.  

The Journey Design & Research team identifies client needs using service design and research methods, and is responsible for delivering CX visions, principles, key journeys & moments, future-state experience and CX roadmaps.

What will you do?

• Work closely with our Journey Design & Research team to identify, define, and shape key client experiences across our products, services, and channels.

• Identify, collect, and analyze research to create insights that help shape purpose-driven journeys and interactions aligned to Sun Life's purpose, which is "to help people achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives".

• Learn about how the team collaborates and uses service design and research methods throughout our process, while being part of an inclusive and supportive team within the Client Experience Office (CXO).

• Provide support for qualitative studies and assist with survey design and data collection.

• Update research repositories, develop research template, and enhance research process based on the feedback from journey design researchers.

What do you need to succeed?

• Recent graduates of a post-secondary program in Consumer Studies, User Experience Design, Systems Design Engineering, Human-Centered Design, Service Design, or Research-related programs.

• Learning mindset, eager to contribute and develop skills in service design or design research.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for.  The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
