Déploiement et exécution en magasin
Le titulaire du poste est chargé de toutes les tâches administratives pour soutenir le directeur principal, le directeur et l'équipe de gestion. Les tâches comprennent, sans s'y limiter, le soutien et la responsabilité d'émettre des paiements en temps opportun pour toutes les factures des gestionnaires de projets de l’équipe au Québec et Provinces Atlantiques.
Traitement des factures pour le directeur principal, le directeur et les gestionnaires de projet
- Traiter les factures des fournisseurs pour les divisions du Québec et de l’Atlantique
- Trier et distribuer les factures de l’architecte aux gestionnaires de projet chaque mois
- Vérifier les budgets, les codes d’activité et aider à résoudre tout problème susceptible de survenir (fonds non libérés, projets non ouverts, Loblaws inc. vs Les Propriétés Loblaw, etc.)
Hébergement pour l’équipe lors de déplacement
- S’occuper de l’hébergement pour les collègues du Québec
Autres tâches
- Soutenir l’équipe dans le cadre de nouvelles initiatives, comme le plan d’action des architectes
- Organiser les conférences téléphoniques et remettre les procès-verbaux à l’équipe de la direction
- Aider à réserver les salles de réunion ou le restaurant pour les activités et réunions d’équipe
Compétences
Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
Posséder des connaissances d’une discipline professionnelle, d’une spécialité technique, d’une formation théorique, des pratiques de gestion; être en mesure de relever, gérer et mettre en œuvre des procédures concrètes de systèmes complexes. Il peut être nécessaire de posséder des compétences en leadership; des compétences en organisation sont requises. Avoir acquis des connaissances par un mélange d’études et d’expérience pertinente.
Posséder de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience chez Les Compagnies Loblaw Limitée (GCD/Exploitation/Technologie Loblaw) ou dans un environnement de travail similaire serait un atout.
Solides compétences organisationnelles et analytiques, pensée méthodique et souci du détail. Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), connaissance des principes et des outils de gestion de projets et de gestion financière, capacité à collaborer étroitement avec divers services afin d’étudier les détails et de recueillir des renseignements clés liés au projet, de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit. Aptitudes éprouvées en négociation. Haut niveau de professionnalisme et capacité à gérer tous les niveaux de l’organisation, y compris les contacts externes.

Store Rollout and Execution
This role is responsible for handling all administration duties to support Sr. Director, Director and management team. Duties to include but not limited to support and be responsible to issue payment s in a timely manner of all invoices for the Quebec and Atlantic provinces project managers.
Process invoices for Sr. Director, Director and Project Managers
- Processing vendor invoices for both Quebec & Atlantic divisions
- Sort and distribute architect’s invoices to project managers monthly
- Checking budgets, activity codes, and assist in rectifying any issues that may arise (funds not released, projects not open, Loblaws Inc vs Loblaw Properties, etc)
Team out of town accommodation
- Arranges accommodations for colleagues in Quebec
Other Duties
- Support team with new initiatives as they arise such as Architects action plan
- Organize conference calls and issue minutes to the senior team
- Assist in booking meeting rooms or restaurant for team functions/meetings
Skills
Bilingual in French & English
Knowledgeable of professional subject area, technical specialties, theoretical background, related processes and managerial practices; capable of identifying, leading and implementing practical procedures of systems which are complex. Leadership skills may be required, organizing sklls are needed. Knowledge acquired through a combination of education and relevant experience.
Having Loblaw Companies Limited 3 – 5 years experience would be useful (CDM/Ops/Loblaw Technology) or have worked in similar work environment.
Strong organization and analytical skills, methodical thinking and attention to detail. Proficiency with MS office (work, excel, Powerpoint, Outlook), familiarity with financial and project management principles and tools, ability to collaborate closely with various departments in order to investigate details and gather key pieces of information related to project, good interpersonal skills, both orally and written. Proven negotiation skills. High level of professionalism and the ability to deal with all levels withing the organization including outside contacts.
