Job Description:

CDS Forms Services is seeking a Design administrator who will be accountable for the creation and revision of low complexity forms and stationery products.

The candidate should have excellent attention to detail along with good knowledge in AEM Forms Designer.  The successful candidate will have strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently. 


Role Summary

You will be responsible for designing and revising existing forms and stationery products based on requirements outlined by our clients and the CDS Forms Coordination team.  You will contribute to the effectiveness of the Forms Services department by providing high quality documents within established turn around times.

You will also effectively communicate with the Forms Coordination Team, and on occasion collaborate to determine the exact requirements of a client’s request.  When needed, you will also support Forms Coordinators and Administrators by providing solutions that meet these requirements.

What will you do?

  • Creation and revision of GRS forms

  • Creation of custom form templates

  • Design of custom Stationery material

  • Handling of other low complexity form requests

  • Maintain Canadian Document Services target quality rate and meet all established turn around times

  • Prepare documents in compliance with brand and image guidelines for a consistent customer experience

What do you need to succeed?

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe InDesign and Acrobat Professional

  • An understanding of the electronic document and PDF document workflow

  • An understanding of fragments and fragment management best practices

  • Ability to work independently as well as being a strong team player on a multi-site team

  • Skilled in working under tight timelines while delivering high-quality products

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle several tasks efficiently

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills

  • Openness to overtime when required

  • Bilingualism (French) is an asset

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted.  It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.  In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance.  Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
