Position Summary...
Building the right technology foundation for Infrastructure & platforms is vital to success at the scale of Walmart. What you'll do...
Design and develop a Change Modernization program plan for a complex site environment.
Facilitate change management modernization procedures and ensure reliability testing procedures align with site environment changes focusing on the following areas: Change Modernization – Automation, Gatekeeper, CI/CD checks, Attestation; Predictive Intelligence- Automated Change evaluation and enablement –change feed, dependency.
Vendor Change Management – Strategy, Technical Impact Analysis
Production Readiness validation for changes
Public Cloud provider /Vendor change analysis, dependency, and technical impact analysis
Create and use update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances.
Develop new and maintain existing custom-scoped applications within ServiceNow including integrations with other applications.
Commit to the continuous improvement and learning of development and ServiceNow best practices, tools, and technology
What you'll bring:
7+ years’ experience in site reliability engineering, site and system administration, infrastructure management, or related area.
Google SRE certification, ITIL V4, Google, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Change Management
5+ year’s experience in software, infrastructure change management
5+ years of experience in the Retail or Cloud service provider industry or Supply Chain industry
Ability to develop new solutions to complex technical problems.
Hands-on expertise required in Change Management modules apart from having worked in other modules such as Incident, and Problem management of the latest version of Service now.
Strong knowledge of ITIL (preferably V4), IT Change Management (Application and/or Infrastructure), systems development process, SDLC methodologies (Agile is a plus)
