Reporting to the Manager, Training & Deployment, the Business Analyst contributes to the support and delivery of effective solutions for both Company and Departmental projects and initiatives. They will facilitate the success of the business by maintaining and coordinating data bases and facilitate storage and retrieval of the information contained within. This position is a 6 month secondment located in Ontario, requiring the successful candidate to work out of both the 700 University Drive office and the 105 Gordon Baker Road office on a regular basis to support both locations.
ResponsibilitiesContinuously Improve Operations
Identify opportunities to improve and challenge existing procedures in order to increase agent efficiency, growth, and customer engagement in regard to the vision
Identify opportunities to improve and challenge the existing Documentation layout to enhance agent usability.
Support the successful launch of tools and functionalities developed for all stakeholders and encourage the integration of new features and functionalities into agent workflows
Knowledge Sharing & Relationship Building
Create and maintain strong working relationships with other departments such as Sales, Training, WFM, Quality and Underwriting to execute on the initiatives
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Flexible and highly adaptable, you thrive in fast paced, dynamic work. environments and enjoy the challenges that come with the constant change.
A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
Candidates must be available to work full time hours between the hours of 8:00am to 8:00pm from Monday to Friday. Availability during occasional weekends when there is a sytem issue or launch could be required.
