- Location: Calgary, AB | Hybrid

- Eliciting, translating & simplifying, analyzing and document requirements.
- Creating functional user stories based on business requirements.
- Ensuring smooth execution of the sprint
- Developing Acceptance Criteria including edge case scenarios.
- Organizing and managing Product Backlog
- Bachelor's degree with exceptional academic performance
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, including expertise in document requirement management, user story creation, Acceptance Criteria development, and product backlog management
- Experience in Agile methodology within the Software Development Life Cycle
- Proficiency in IT tools such as JIRA, Power Apps, BI Reporting, Visio, ServiceNow, Excel, Microsoft SQL, and AWS concepts
- Functional knowledge of ERP systems (JDE, Infosys, PDI)
- Preferred certifications: IIBA and/or Scrum Master
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
- Eagerness to learn, multitask, and thrive in a high-volume and evolving work environment
- Commitment to meeting and maintaining deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
