Reporting to the Manager of People Service, the Sr. Clerk will provide front-line solutions to our colleagues’ Payroll, Pension & Benefits inquiries or triage them to our Subject Matter Experts for optimal resolution.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service in response to inquiries from current and terminated colleagues, and external vendors and agencies regarding corporate programs, policies and processes
- Become a front-line representative for colleague questions or concerns through emails, telephone and/or self-serve
- Support colleagues and Subject Matter Expert’s inquiries in Service Now
- Manage multiple tasks while being responsible for your own workload in a team based environment
- Play a key role in assisting colleagues with Workday support
- Implementation of new processes
- Various other duties as required
The candidates must possess the following skills:
- Bilingual French/English
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal in both languages
- Must have strong customer service experience
- Ability to converse comfortably with business partners
- Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently or part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to meet required deadlines/targets
- Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner
- Strong Microsoft O365 is an asset
- Previous experience with Service Now case management platform is an asset
- Contribute to a positive working environment
- Time of Operation: Monday to Friday 8 am- 4 PM
