Adecco is currently hiring a permanent full-time Bilingual Sales Representative to work for our client, leaders in technical education in Halifax, NS. In this role you will be responsible for travelling, building customer relationships, and investigating avenues for revenue potential. This role requires 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, a technical degree, masters or similar are preferred in the areas of business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics and fluent in both English and French.

• Pay rate: $90K - $95K + Maximum bonus (yearly)

• Location: Halifax, NS

Responsibilities:

• Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.

• 60% Travel within the Maritimes. Must own vehicle and be insured. 

• Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.

• Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.

• Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them. 

• Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.

• Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.

• Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Timely completion of all sales administration.

Qualifications:

• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada

• Technical Degree, Masters or similar, preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics.

• 5-7 years experience in Business Development and Sales 

• Fluent in English and French, excellent communication skills – verbal and written
