Job Description:

We’re looking for a Bilingual HR Express Advisor to deliver friendly, knowledgeable front‑line support for a wide range of HR inquiries. You’ll research issues, take necessary action, and manage HR administration and data processing beyond our Associate Self Service Options. You'll also support key HR processes in a role that helps you build broad HR expertise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide friendly and knowledgeable front-line support for all general HR inquiries

  • Research issues, provide answers, action where necessary, and document work performed

  • HR administration and data processing activities that are not completed through Associate Self Service

  • Support HR processes related to onboarding, benefits administration, terminations, etc.

About You:

  • Working towards or a completed degree, diploma or certificate program in Human Resources is preferred

  • Bilingual fluency in both English and French (verbal & written) is required

  • Knowledge of Payroll and HR department procedures and processes (benefits, retirement savings plans, compensation, learning and development, statutory holidays, overtime, taxes, and vacation)

  • Knowledge of the employment related legislation in all provinces

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is an asset

  • Experienced with HR and case management technologies (Workday. UKGPro, TMS, ServiceNow) is an asset

  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence business partners to help prioritize activities and resources to meet organizational needs, build rapport and credibility to be a trusted advisor, including strong listening and information gathering skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively resolve issues and implement solutions

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately manage highly sensitive information

  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Salary Range: $50,955.00-$71,337.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
