Adecco is currently hiring several full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in French and English, for our client in Toronto, ON. This role is an outbound customer service position where you will connect with shareholders regarding unknown assets through the reunification process. You will be responsible for engaging customers by making outbound calls to locate the lost shareholder and aid them in understanding the process to recover assets they may not know they have.

Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
Location: Toronto, ON
Shift: WFH – 2nd week of training on site in Toronto | 9:00am – 5:00pm ET

Build relationships with institutional account holders
Proactively conducts analysis and research on shareholder registration information to source viable leads to locate lost shareholders, or their beneficiaries, relatives, or heirs
Provide high level assistance in the stock transfer process by offering advice and direction on legal requirements for participation and directions to available support resources
Effectively and professionally resolve customer complaints
Keep up to date on Client/Program specifics, business strategy changes, and legal updates
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
Training and/or knowledge of PC applications (Word & Excel)
Outbound call centre experience (preferred)
Word processing, spreadsheets, Internet, e-mail, and database software knowledge.
French Bilingual is required
