Your Job

Are you interested in working steady hours? As a Bilingual Claims Customer Experience Representative working out of either our Dartmouth, NS, St. John’s, NL or Moncton, NB office, you will be responsible for providing front-line customer service within the Customer Service Centre by maintaining direct contact with customers, responding to customer inquiries, anticipating their needs and documenting information to enhance the customer's claim experience. Working hours fall between 8am– 5pm, Monday to Friday. In this role you will:

Answer internal and external clients' calls/communication and conduct information searches to solve problems
Complete and document inquiries received from claimants and provide information based on Intact’s standards and procedures in a courteous and respectful manner
Consult, interpret, check and update various documents and data for various business lines, confirming accuracy and identifying issues or errors
Document and direct inquiries and assignments to appropriate individual or unit
Perform routine administrative functions such as file processing as directed by manager

Your Skills

Effective oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience considered a strong asset
Bilingualism in French and English, written and spoken
