What we offer
Mattamy Homes is looking to grow future leadership talent in Architecture, Procurement, and Construction for our GTA Low-Rise Division. The Pre-Construction Leadership Development Program (PLDP) is a new grad rotation program offering the unique opportunity to accelerate your business knowledge and leadership skills through 24 months of rigorous placements within our Architecture, Procurement, and Construction teams. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring leaders interested in Residential Homebuilding to gain experience working in key functions in pre-construction. Round out your skill set, identify which career stream excites you most, and give your career a running start.
Based out of our Mississauga office, PLDP Associates will have diverse responsibilities and rotate through different roles in pre-construction departments while receiving mentoring, support, and gaining exposure to leadership. They will be expected to drive initiatives while building relationships across departments, with both internal and external stakeholders. Following program completion, successful graduates will be expected to move into pre-construction roles such as Junior Contracts Manager, Junior Estimator, Assistant Builder, or Associate Architecture Project Manager.
