We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Capital Markets Global Research Technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our product strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for global research technology solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Prioritize with Research Management on key deliverables. Define OKRs
Product Development: Define product requirements – both technical and non-technical, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to develop and launch innovative products.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, sales, marketing, Analysts, and senior management, to gather feedback and ensure alignment on product goals. Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders regularly.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the capital markets industry and research technology landscape.
Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact. Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product and development team. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the product remains competitive and forward-looking
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus; Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with a focus on capital markets or financial technology.
Experience with Blue Matrix or other Research Authoring and Distribution platform preferred.
Deep understanding of capital markets and Research, financial research, and technology trends.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), data analysis, and familiarity with software development processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making ;Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
A track record of driving innovation and delivering successful products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Strong customer orientation, with a passion for understanding and meeting customer needs.
