Associate Director, Compensation - SLC Management
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Asset Management Compensation, the Associate Director, Compensation is an experienced professional that partners with HR Business Partners and leaders, and leverages data and analytics to design, implement and manage compensation strategies and programs that produce measurable outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide senior level analytical expertise through modeling and advanced analytics to develop and support data-driven compensation decisions and insights
- Analyze the market competitiveness of SLC compensation programs and perform complex research, analysis and delivery of findings to HR Business Partners and/or leaders
- Develop relationships with HR Business Partners to ensure appropriate solutions in support of business unit requirements and lead support for them during the annual performance cycle
- Participate in discussions regarding changes in organization structures and provide corresponding compensation and job evaluation support
- Project manage medium to large projects and/or work streams and consult with internal partners to develop, implement and support programs, processes and tools to drive effective employee, leader, and HR Business Partner experiences related to compensation
- Maintain a thorough understanding of internal and external compensation design, practices and policies and industry trends
- Develop compelling and clear written and verbal presentations to support compensation initiatives
- Handle complex inquiries from HR colleagues
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree; completion or progress towards CCP preferable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and spreadsheet analysis, with comfort manipulating large data-sets in various programs (e.g. Access, Tableau)
- Exceptional analytical, problem solving and financial modeling skills, with an eye for detail, accuracy and continuous improvement
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Solid knowledge and understanding of HR programs and connections
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, incorporating different perspectives, backgrounds, and styles
- Proven ability to build effective partnerships and jointly find solutions

74,100/74 100 - 120,800/120 800The Base Pay range is for the primary location of the job. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
