What you'll do:

• Physical library organization
• Managing physical library for approved qualities and proper organization and filing of all approved and development fabric
• Creating and managing core and seasonal approved quality binders for office and offshore teams
• Assisting managers in finding the appropriate quality in the library
• Updating data in PLM and ensuring data accuracy
• Vendor communication
•  Working with mills and vendors to arrange required qualities
• Assisting mangers in cost validations as needed

What you'll bring:

• 1-3 years of experience
• Basic knowledge of fabric constructions, dye techniques, finishes, manufacturing process
• Equivalent of a post-secondary diploma/degree combined with minimum 1-3 years related work experience preferably in sourcing/manufacturing/raw materials/ wholesale or garment manufacturing
• Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal, people management & problem-solving skills
• Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written English
• Organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment 
• Well versed with Microsoft office applications
• Knowledge of PLM an asset
