What you'll do:
- Physical library organization
- Managing physical library for approved qualities and proper organization and filing of all approved and development fabric
- Creating and managing core and seasonal approved quality binders for office and offshore teams
- Assisting managers in finding the appropriate quality in the library
- Updating data in PLM and ensuring data accuracy
- Vendor communication
- Working with mills and vendors to arrange required qualities
- Assisting mangers in cost validations as needed
What you'll bring:
- 1-3 years of experience
- Basic knowledge of fabric constructions, dye techniques, finishes, manufacturing process
- Equivalent of a post-secondary diploma/degree combined with minimum 1-3 years related work experience preferably in sourcing/manufacturing/raw materials/ wholesale or garment manufacturing
- Ability to multi-task, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, people management & problem-solving skills
- Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written English
- Organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Well versed with Microsoft office applications
- Knowledge of PLM an asset
