Department: Accounting Department

Location: Service Centre, Laval, QC (4204 boul. Industriel)

Type: Temporary 1 year (37.5 hours per week)

Hybrid mode: 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Here are some ways you can make a difference:

• Maintain the various periodic provisions analysis files

• Support the category manager team in their day-to-day operations;

• Create and prepare different analysis tables

• Prepare and analyze various balance sheet accounts.

• Prepare Journal entries and invoices to our suppliers

• Balancing of intercompany transactions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

We want you to join our team! Here's what we're looking for:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting;

Experiences:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in accounting;

Knowledge and skills:

• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel and Word);

• Quality of work, autonomy and initiative;

• Know how to manage priorities while respecting deadlines ;

Language skills:

• Bilingual (French and English).
