We are looking for a candidate for a 4-month secondment with the Business Intelligence (BI) team as an Analyst.
This position is open to the Anjou and Ottawa centers.
Bilingual is not a requirement but is a strong asset.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of the Objective Model Nationally
Help to migrate the Objective Model from BI to the Sales teams Nationally
Aid in maintaining/updating high level monthly executive scorecards for the departments
Run currently manual reporting processes and aid the BI team as they work towards automation
Assist in the creation/maintenance of BI system & Process documentation
Help with the development of the BI SharePoint site and a Request Ticket system
Provide support to the Sales & Workforce management teams data inquiries
Ensure the inclusion of the Underwriting and Accounts Receivables teams into the Sales Structure
Advanced Excel knowledge & skills including but not limited to: Advanced Formulas, Data Modeling and Pivot Tables
Windows proficiency and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite: Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Data and business analysis abilities
Hability to work with graphs and charts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Innovative and creative thinking
Ability to balance work tasks with agility
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Oracle and SQL knowledge is an asset
