What you'll do:
Provide an excellent level of customer service to all levels of business
Maintain customer accounts as assigned
Effectively troubleshoot and identify reasons for non-payment
Communicate with customers to resolve on-account balances
Process program managed claims from patient and pharmacy in accordance to patient information system.
Maintain a strong understanding of workload and ensure timely collaboration on issues
Post financial assistance payment in SAP and upload the data on the banking portal
Facilitate the preparation, review, and upload of store receivables
Maintain various reporting requirements
Develop strong cross-functional partnerships and relationships to support key critical initiatives as needed
Continuously recommend and implement operational improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness and productivity of the department
Assist with ad-hoc and cross-functional projects and initiatives as required
Report all Adverse Events (AE) and Product Technical Complaints (PTC) immediately or as soon as possible upon becoming aware of the event as per current policies and procedures

What you bring:
A Post-Secondary education in Finance or related field is required; experience working in a fast-paced environment, particularly corporate and/or retail will be considered an asset
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to bring together and manage interactions with employees from across the organization
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage demanding situations with tact
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to plan, organize and prioritize numerous tasks with conflicting deadlines
Results Oriented – able to consistently deliver on time and accurate results
Flexible and adaptable to changes of responsibility reflective of the business requirements
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of tools
Familiar with SAP system is preferred
Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Bilingual (French & English) would be an asset
