Your job:
- Support senior analysts in daily prioritization forums with clerks and in overseeing the team’s various activities, with a view to increasing everyone’s versatility and making operations more stable.
- Perform complex activities on a regular basis and participate in the clerks’ routine as needed.
- Perform quality control for tasks and provide feedback.
- Play an active role in drafting, updating and organizing procedures and documentation for existing and future processes.
- Act as an expert in carrying out tasks for the sector and during participation in NBI projects. Contribute to change management (planning, implementing and communicating changes) in order to minimize the impact of projects on day-to-day operations.
- Analyze business issues, identify stakeholder needs, and offer and implement strategies and solutions that take account of the varied nature of files, in order to support sector activities.
- Anticipate and manage, as applicable, the issues and risks under your responsibility, develop an action plan, and take any necessary actions.
- Keep abreast of new developments in your sector of activity and make recommendations to ensure the continuous improvement of processes, systems and work methods.
Your team:
Reporting to the Manager, Business Administration, you’ll have the opportunity to analyze and handle multiple tasks and processes related to loan insurance, personal insurance, travel insurance, and assistance products. Prerequisites:
- Completed college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience
- Insurance courses (LOMA), an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (mainly Word and Excel)
- Knowledge of the life and health insurance industry
- Knowledge of the banking and insurance industry
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills and oral and written communication skills
- At ease in a constantly changing environment
- Thorough, detail-oriented and autonomous, with good teamwork skills
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French)
