BCIT’s Advancement Division is currently seeking a regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) Alumni Relations Coordinator. With the overarching goal to build lifelong relationships between BCIT and alumni, this job works independently and in collaboration to create, update, implement and coordinate alumni and student engagement programs and services, and revenue generation and growth programs. Responsible for the coordination of programs around revenue growth including, event and volunteer management, sponsorships and affinity partnerships execution. The Coordinator serves as a resource to the department, manages alumni and stakeholder relationships and inquiries, and assists in developing and implementing best practices that build vibrant alumni communities.
