We want to hire an experienced Agile Coach who will inspire our squads to reach their full potential. Reporting to the Manager of Software Development Transformation, you would play a key role in defining and implementing Intact’s Agility practices and training.
With your expertise and coaching abilities, you would help our Squads to become more autonomous in the way they work and enable them to take their projects to the next level. In addition to being highly skilled in your field, you would also be a skilled communicator, a natural negotiator, and diplomatic leader. Since this opportunity is focused on coaching, you will find success if you are a proven, effective facilitator.

University degree in IT or related field
10 years minimum working in IT
5 years of experience as an Agile team coach, trainer, or Scrum Master (project or team management)
Scrum Master certification
Strong experience in Agile frameworks.
Experience using Change Management methodologies (a nice to have)
Bilingualism (English & French) – verbal & written
