Administrative Assistant - Sales Operations

The Administrative Assistant - Sales Operations will be based out of Toronto, Ontario (1551 Weston Road, M6M 4Y4) and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services to the Toronto Sales Office. This is a permanent, part-time position.

Job Requirements
- High School or College Diploma
- <2 years’ administrative assistant experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
The main duties/responsibilities of this role include:
General Office Responsibilities
- Prepare travel arrangements
- Coordinating meeting & booking rooms
- Maintain office files
- Open & distribute mail
- Code & verify invoices
- Prepare attendance/Kronos reports
- Answer phone calls & take messages
- Order office supplies & coordinate office repairs
Reception Responsibilities
- Answering door & greeting visitors
- Answering general phone line & directing calls
- Coordinating Courier (Midland / FedEx)
- Acting as fire marshal for front office
Report Compilation & Support
- Assist in monthly pricing report
- Prepare monthly volume review binders
- Compile feature activity report
