This actuarial graduate opportunity provides a way for you to explore various actuarial roles within Sun Life. You will be joining our Actuarial Community that provides support and opportunities to actuarial analysts pursuing their FSA designation. Rotation Program

You will have the opportunity to work in different roles within various departments during your career at Sun Life. These provide an opportunity for you to gain a holistic view of Sun Life’s business while working on exciting initiatives (e.g. IFRS 17 implications, data analytics, predictive modeling). Functional roles include:

• Product Design and Management

• Financial Reporting and Valuation

• Asset Liability Management

• Capital Management

• Risk Management

Exam Support

• Study time, exam fee coverage and study materials

• Salary increase and bonuses related to exam passes

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT?

We are looking for the following qualifications:

• University Degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related degrees preferred

• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Progressing towards FSA designation

• Effective communication skills and drives for results

• Demonstrated ability to adapt in a dynamic environment

• Ability to maintain good relationships with other teams

• Experience with AXIS and/or VBA an asset

Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only- interactions with English-speaking customers or partners

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for.  The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.

Eligible Sun Life employees for various Campus Graduate programs will also participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance
