Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections Specialist to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented team in Brampton. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive collections performance, and support best-in-class Order-to-Cash processes.

  • Pay rate: $25.00 - $27.00/hour (depending on experience)

  • Location: Brampton, ON

  • Shifts: Monday - Friday | Shift within 7:00am - 8:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Manage account portfolio to reduce DSO, bad debt, and improve cash flow

  • Perform collections, account analysis, and discrepancy resolution

  • Maintain accurate documentation of collection activities

  • Monitor delinquent accounts, credit holds, and identify at-risk customers

  • Conduct credit reviews, set/adjust limits, and evaluate creditworthiness

  • Work with internal teams and third parties to resolve issues

  • Support process improvements and reporting initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • 5+ years collections experience and 3+ years in credit evaluation

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.)

  • Strong Excel skills and analytical abilities

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset

  • CCP designation considered an asset

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
