You Have:
- Strong communication and instructional design skills
- Experience with content management systems and research databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Experience using DBTextWorks is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong literature search skills and understanding of Canadian copyright law
- Commitment to customer service and user experience
- Ability to understand some French (spoken and written)
- Studies specializing in Library and Information Science, Information Management, or a related discipline
And this is totally you:
- Develop engaging training and onboarding content for staff
- Conduct expert literature searches and curate information
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects including Knowledge Management and Mobilization Working Group
- Support weekly librarian meetings and knowledge repository initiatives

The CMA and the CMA Group of Companies (CMA Foundation and CMA Impact) has hybrid as well as remote workers across Quebec and Ontario. The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
