What will you do?
Support planning and executing marketing campaigns to drive new to bank acquisition to the PBA business, including media planning and creative development
Track deliverables to keep projects running on time with the ability to pivot where necessary, or proactively manage partners to meet deadlines in order to avoid material impacts
Work collaboratively and closely with cross-functional teams to deliver plans effectively and efficiently. Includes digital marketing, legal counsel, business unit, and external vendors
Gather consumer insights and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline current processes
What do you need to succeed?
Currently enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus in Marketing, Advertising, or business-related discipline
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices and latest trends
Desire to learn and eagerness to make a meaningful contribution in a dynamic team environment
Interest in delivering with execution & creative excellence
Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing circumstances
A team-player attitude, with strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills
Data-driven, with solid analytical skills; ability to understand marketing and business results
Ability to identify opportunities to innovate; can bring new thinking to the table to solve business problems

The Personal Banking Accounts (PBA) Acquisition Marketing team is looking for an all-star 2024 Winter Student. In this role, you would support the team to execute integrated acquisition campaigns. You'll learn how strategy and insights are used to shape campaigns, and how results/data can identify successes and opportunities.
You will build partnerships with the Business, cross-functional team members and external agency partners, earning trust as you support campaigns that deliver immediate business results and increase consideration amongst prospects.
