Job Overview
We are presently seeking dedicated employees to fulfill the role of Cable Puller to support our ongoing growth and development. The Cable Puller is responsible for the placement and dismantling of copper and fiber optic cables, maintaining quality customer service, and ensuring the security of the telecommunications equipment on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Install cables in a variety of different environments, both free air and conduit
- Install face plates and termination boxes
- Preparing, fastening and securing cable for termination
- Tracking and reporting activities
Critical Qualifications
- Valid G2 driver’s license (or higher) with reliable personal transportation to commute to various job sites
- Ability to work alone or in a team environment to meet project management deadlines
- Communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs and comfortable working at heights on ladders, lifts, etc
- Ability to distinguish colour-coded wire and read blue prints
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Technical Proficiency
- Working at Heights Certification
