Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and organized Facilities & Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day facility operations and administrative reporting for one of our clients in Markham, ON. This role blends administrative responsibilities with facility operations and maintenance support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, coordination, and working with multiple stakeholders.

In this role you will support energy and environmental data tracking, vendor coordination, facility upkeep, and stakeholder communication while contributing to operational efficiency and accurate client reporting.

  • Pay Rate: $29.00 - $34.00/hour (based on experience))

  • Location: Markham, ON

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 9:00am – 5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary to Permanent potential | Full-time

Responsibilities:

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Collect, track, and enter energy and environmental data (electricity, natural gas, water, waste)

  • Ensure accuracy and timely submission of data to the Energy Team for client reporting

  • Maintain organized documentation related to:

    • Environmental metrics

    • Facility performance

    • Service activities

  • Assist with RFP preparation for service contract renewals

  • Support procurement activities in collaboration with internal teams and clients

  • Collect timelines, deliverables, and expectations from key stakeholders

  • Prepare and support monthly reporting requirements

Facility Operations & Maintenance (≈65%)

  • Support the Facility Manager with daily facility operations

  • Assist with general facility upkeep and operational issues

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery

  • Monitor EV charging stations, providing first-level support and escalating issues as required

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and end users to resolve facility-related concerns

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills

  • Exposure to facility management or related operational environments preferred

  • Experience with Angus Platform (asset management software) is an asset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with internal and external partners

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
