Part-Time Condominium Concierge job opening in Toronto, ON (part-time, permanent)

Adecco Professional is currently looking for mature, outgoing and professional talent to join a high-end condominium in the St. Clair and Avenue area on a part-time, permanent basis; they are transit accessible and offer free parking.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone perhaps retired or semi-retired who is looking to have some shifts and use their strong interpersonal skills engaging with the tenants.  If you are looking to get out of the house and have some income coming in while not having to commit to full-time or extensive hours, this could be just what you are looking for!

As the building provides 24/7 Concierge and Valet service to its residential tenants, this role will have you working overnight shifts while being open to support other shifts during vacations or sick days, so flexibility is key. Some of the responsibilities for the Condominium Concierge job opening in Toronto, ON may include, but are not limited to;
  • Face-to-face greeting and interaction with tenants; this includes socializing, assisting with needs/calls, etc.
  • Ensuring the front desk is tidy, engaging and presentable at all time
  • Providing polite, professional and accurate direction and information; questions, inquiries, concerns
  • Contact person for facilities related questions and vendors to the building
  • Provide valet service to tenants when required; parking garage in the building
  • Overnight shifts will provide a car washing service in the on-site bay
  • General customer service, support and care

Some of the skills and qualifications for the Condominium Concierge job opening in Toronto, ON include;
  • Mature, outgoing, professional personality; comfort communicating and socializing with the tenants
  • Someone seeking part-time work; usually 30 hours / week give or take
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills; conversationalist
  • Ability to display and maintain a professional and positive attitude; keep calm, attentive and engaged at all time
  • Dress code; black blazer, white dress shirt, black tie, grey pants, black dress shoes; small clothing allowance provided
  • Knowledge of Jewish culture would be an asset but not required
  • Flexible and available to work the various days/shifts
  • Valid and clear Class G drivers licence is required
