- Face-to-face greeting and interaction with tenants; this includes socializing, assisting with needs/calls, etc.
- Ensuring the front desk is tidy, engaging and presentable at all time
- Providing polite, professional and accurate direction and information; questions, inquiries, concerns
- Contact person for facilities related questions and vendors to the building
- Provide valet service to tenants when required; parking garage in the building
- Overnight shifts will provide a car washing service in the on-site bay
- General customer service, support and care
