Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Automation Test Lead/Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead our quality assurance efforts. Your strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities will be essential as you lead multiple test paths concurrently. You will be responsible for planning, designing, deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting through all Testing Development Life Cycle layers. Must have Technical Skills:
Python, Robot Framework, Java, Selenium, Spring Boot, Gradle, GIT, Swagger, JUnit, TestNG, Azure/Jenkins DevOps, CI/CD Jenkins
What you bring to the role:
- Minimum 10+ years of software testing experience with 6+ years of relevant automation testing experience.
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on development of automation framework on Java, Selenium and Python, Robot Framework.
- Good understanding of web, API, and database testing technologies.
- Proficiency in using specialized test management tools such as Jira, Confluence, qtest for test case management and defect tracking.
- Experience in defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Should possess good knowledge of creating test plans and test strategies.
- Knowledge of implementing various testing methodologies, Test automation tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex projects that implement test automation framework(s), and integrate with CI/CD pipeline.
What you’ll do:
- Create, define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework & approach across project team.
- Lead the design and architecture of automated testing frameworks for various application platforms, including web and mobile.
- Designing and Documenting detailed Test cases to cover all levels of tests.
- Oversee and manage multiple Test automation testers.
- Contribute to initiatives to develop, improve, and streamline existing processes.
- Provide clear and concise reports on test results and overall software quality to stakeholders.
- Provide leadership, guidance, training, and mentoring to implement test automation across project teams.
