This role is pivotal to that mission. As Director, Digital Health & Strategy, you will lead the charge in building and scaling digital programs that integrate with in-store pharmacy services, enhance engagement, and drive meaningful health improvements. You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare, leveraging data, analytics, and collaboration to create solutions that transform the way Canadians manage their health.

Role Overview:
The Director, Digital Health & Strategy will focus on two core areas:
1. Digital Solutions for Chronic Disease Management:
Lead the development and scaling of chronic disease programs, with an initial focus on diabetes management.
Collaborate with pharmacy services and other teams to integrate digital tools with in-store care delivery.
Drive engagement and outcomes through enhancements to the PC Health app, aligning with the broader health management strategy.
2. Product Operations and Analytics:
Establish and optimize processes to track and analyze product performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
Implement a structured cadence for learning from shipped features and applying insights to future initiatives.
Leverage analytics to drive data-informed decisions and measurable health outcomes.
This role requires a strategic, data-driven leader who can operate in:
A highly matrixed organization. Cross-functional alignment is critical to getting things done.
A market that is very early in its maturity. There are lots of unknowns in digital health and a lot of unmet patient needs. This means doing a lot of 0 to 1 work to validate hypothesis in very ambiguous spaces
Key Responsibilities:
Chronic Disease Program Leadership:
Lead and scale digital programs, starting with diabetes. Ensure integration with in-store services and optimize engagement and outcomes
Product Operations & Analytics:
Establish processes to ship products consistently and assess their impact.
Coach teams on agile workflows to optimize for speed, feedback cycles, and user engagement.
Leverage data to guide decisions and prioritize improvements.
Growth & Optimization:
Use data-driven strategies to improve program adoption and engagement.
Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement in satisfaction and outcomes.
Cross-Functional Influence:
Align priorities across product, pharmacy, and marketing teams.
Build strong relationships to influence outcomes without direct authority.
Mobile App Roadmap Support:
Support app enhancements focused on chronic disease management. Ensure alignment with goals and integration with pharmacy services.

Achieve user engagement milestones and demonstrate long-term health improvements through digital chronic disease programs.
Build seamless integration between digital solutions and in-store care.
Implement effective product operations processes that lead to measurable improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Must-Haves:
6+ years of experience in product management or strategy, with preferred expertise in healthcare platforms or chronic disease management.
Strong background in product operations, analytics, and process optimization.
Proven ability to lead and influence teams in a matrixed environment.
Strategic thinker with a track record of improving program growth and engagement.
Experience using data and analytics to drive product and program success.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with chronic disease programs such as diabetes or hypertension management.
Experience developing enablement programs to build internal team capabilities.
Knowledge of pharmacy operations or healthcare services.
