Shift: Mon – Fri, 8 hrs./day (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)

Responsibilities:
Manage vendor issues and ensure vendors meet contract commitments. Work with IT teams to plan technology needs and coordinate vendor demos for new technology options.
Partner with IT, CPMO, and SCM to develop sourcing strategies for services and project capabilities, and support IT budget planning and purchasing decisions.
Assist in negotiations with Supply Chain, provide input on hardware and service sourcing, and validate rate cards for contracts.
Ensure vendors meet performance standards, analyze cost and quality, and track performance with SLAs, scorecards, and dashboards.
Identify cost-saving opportunities in renewals, licensing, and services, and follow up to achieve savings. Create and maintain price benchmarks.
Support Service Owners with contract management for various IT services, maintain financial tracking and monthly reports, and assist with contract changes and reviews.
Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
15+ years’ experience in IT or Supply Chain Management
Written and verbal communication skills
Proven researching ability.
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Finance, or a related field
Expert knowledge of IT contracts and negotiation of complex and multiyear agreements
