What you’ll do
The Regional Visual Merchandiser will assist franchisees in all aspects of visual merchandising for them to maximize sales and profits.
- Responsible for the implementation of all visual merchandising mandates at store level
- Assist in the new store set ups for various banners
- Train new and existing store employees on all aspects of retail visual merchandising
- Provide input and analysis on any developing visual merchandising mandates
- Ensure company merchandising standards are adhered to
- Provide reports on individual stores and communicates to District Manager, V.P.A. and Visual Merchandising Manager
- Assist stores in planning seasonal layouts and product changeover periods
What you bring
- Diploma in Visual Merchandising or Design
- 3-5 years’ experience in visual merchandising in the retail industry. (Apparel and Hard goods)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Working knowledge of C.A.D. (Computer Assisted Drawing), Photoshop, an asset
- Bilingual French/English
- Must have excellent teaching and communication skills
- Must be able to travel extensively
