- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Conduct employee training sessions and workshops to promote professional development.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
- Support the performance appraisal process and provide insights for employee development.
- Collaborate with management to address employee engagement and retention strategies.
- Assist with benefits administration and employee wellness programs.
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
