What do we look for in a Co-op/Intern and New Grad?
- For a summer, fall, or winter Co-op/Intern role, you must be a current student, going back to school in the semester following your work term.
- For a New Grad role, you must be a current student, graduating within 1 year of the role’s start date
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Show a keen interest in joining one of the businesses in our firm
- Demonstrated leader, who takes initiative, in and out of the work environment by utilizing interpersonal and team-building skills
- Creative thinker, who’s excited by innovation and embraces change.
- Curious and committed to continuous learning and professional development
- Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
