ABOUT THE TEAM
As an Advisor, Enterprise Architecture, you will shape and execute our enterprise architecture strategy, collaborate with domain architects, and produce architecture positioning exercises. You will develop and implement Enterprise Architecture processes and set the table for our target ecosystem. You will work closely with a wide array of passionate professionals to effectively leverage our technology and data ecosystem, from advising TDO’s leadership team to mentoring and coaching solution architects. ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Advisor, Enterprise Architecture, you will
Help with the definition, promotion, and implementation of TDO strategic enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and architectural guiding principles
Promote the use of business capabilities and develop tools to provide visibility on TDO’s ecosystem and its interdependencies
Work with the Domain architects’ community to address transversal issues and provide expertise on architecture vision and roadmaps definition
Produce transversal architecture positioning exercises to shape PSP’s target simplified to the core ecosystem
Participate in the implementation of Enterprise Architecture agile processes based on the vision and roadmap, thriving for an acceptable maturity level of governance
Provide guidance to TDO solution architecture community in the definition & implementation of solutions while contributing to team effectiveness by
Developing tools and documentation to facilitate the on-boarding of new colleagues, such as: an optimized collaboration site, templates, glossary, etc.
Promoting Enterprise Architecture’s documentation and ensuring it is accurate, known and easily accessible
On-boarding new members on the solution review process, facilitating their integration by walking them through the Architecture principles and be their point of contact throughout their journey
Support solution designers in the preparation for the solution review
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Business Administration (specialization in Information Systems or Finance), or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Experience in the financial or investment sectors – CFA, FRM or PRM professional designation is an asset
Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant experience , including experience in enterprise architecture and/ or solution architecture
Experience in technological transformations and cloud migrations with a good understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms
Bilingualism: English and French (frequent interactions in English with PSP employees based in our offices in Hong Kong, London and New York, and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
